Cost is created long before a part is sourced, and it is protected or lost through launch. We bring procurement, cost and supplier discipline into product programmes, from the first prototype to production readiness.

Why it matters

Most of a product’s cost is committed before the first purchase order.

Design choices, supplier nominations and tooling decisions made under programme pressure fix most of a part’s cost long before series production. Programmes that treat procurement as a step after design lose the chance to shape cost when it is cheapest to change.

We work inside the programme: setting and tracking cost targets, sourcing prototypes, nominating suppliers, managing tooling and coordinating APQP and PPAP, so that cost, quality and timing are managed together.
